Third Party Liability unlimited?					Third Party Liability covers drivers in case of damage, including damage to passengers and their property, when using a Budget vehicle. Deposit Requirements and Payment Options			Credit card only	We will take a deposit to cover any costs in case of damage or theft.Please refer to the Waiver and Protection Options section for further information on driver liability. CASH Cash not accepted at all. CREDIT CARDS A credit card in the name of the main driver must be produced at the time of rental. The following major credit cards are accepted: VISA Classic Eurocard / Mastercard For car group E, L we need two credit cards or one Visa Platinum / Infinity or one Mastercard Platinum All costs related to the rental will be charged in Hungarian Forints (HUF), based on the MNB’s official exchange rates.
AGE and DRIVING LICENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Renting Age			Client must be at least 21 years old to rent at this location, except car groups D, E,J, L, O where driver must be at least 25 years old. In case of the customer is between 18 and 21 years old a young driver surcharge must be paid, except car group D,E,J,L, O where young driver fee is not available. Young driver surcharge is EUR 20.00 per rental.
Maximum Renting Age			In case of the customer is over 99 years old client cannot rent at this location.
Driving Licence Restrictions			Each driver must show photographic proof of identity and their passport at the start of the rental. All drivers must present a full and current driving licence which has been held for at least 1 year. The licence must be valid for use in the renting country. If your licence was issued outside the European Community you must provide an International driving licence.

Mileage / kilometre restrictions			Usage based on mileage and kilometre is limited. Please make sure you review the details during the reservation process. The mileage limitation is applied according to the following: 1 to 4 day rentals include 500 km per day, in case of 5 day or longer rentals the reservation includes 200 km per day. Special weekend rates include 200 km per day, special monthly rates include 3600 km per month. On the assumption of exceeding the kilometre limit an extra fee will be charged depending on the rented car category. For categories A, B, F the costs of EUR 0.18 per km will apply, whereas for categories C, D,E, G, J, K, L, M, N, O, EUR 0.28 per km is payable.

Out of Office Hours – Collection This service is only available at Budapest Airport location upon written confirmation, from Budget Hungary The service can not be booked online, it must be requested directly by email. The charge for this service is EUR 15,00 per every commenced hour. We need the following information when you make your booking. CROSS BORDER CHARGES
The vehicle (except category N) can be taken out of the country only with a written permission issued by Budget Hungary into countries of Schengen area (except Greece), Croatia and Switzerland. The cross border fee is EUR 20.00 per rental. Category N are only allowed to use within Hungary. Bosnia-Herzegovina; Montenegro; Romania; Serbia can only be visited by paying an additional cost beside cross border fee. Car group J, L, N, E are not allowed to be taken into these countries. Car groups: A B; F EUR 50.00 per rental Car groups: C; D; G; K; M; O EUR 130.00 per rental All other countries are prohibited to enter.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In case the car documents are getting lost or stolen (or cannot be returned together with the vehicle) the renter will be fined with EUR 381.00. Administration fee for fines is EUR 40.00 per case on top of the fine’s amount (e.g. parking fine; traffic offences). Winter tyres are provided between the 1st November and 15th of March. All Hungarian highways are toll roads, and can only be used by purchasing a highway pass (plate number based "e-sticker") in advance. Using the highway without a valid pass will cause a fine, as the plate numbers are checked by video cameras continuously. The fine is about 60.00 EUR per event (video controlled), and will be charged to the client's credit card, as well as a handling fee of 40.00 EUR per fine. E-Toll can be purchased at this location for market price, plus EUR 3,00 convenience fee Speed limits in Hungary are as follows: 50 km/h within city limits 90km/h on main roads 110km/h on freeways (these are toll roads) 130km/h on highways (these are toll roads) Usage based on mileage and kilometre is limited. Windows and Tyre cover (WTC) Windows and Tyre cover reduces client's liability to zero in case of damages made to tyres and windows. WTC can be purchased only if both Basic Protection (CDW and TP) are purchased or included in the rate. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.

Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice.

If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Vehicle capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation, any deposit amounts paid at the time of booking are non-refundable. 

Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.

Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice.

If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Vehicle capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation, any deposit amounts paid at the time of booking are non-refundable. 

Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.
