| Collecting and Returning Your Vehicle |
The driver must present proof of identity when collecting the vehicle. During Office Hours If you are delayed and arrive outside of office hours due to a delayed flight no additional charge will apply. This only applies if you enter your flight number when booking. If you are late we will guarantee your rental for 1 hour. After this time your reserved car may be released and rented to another customer. Out of Office Hours – Collection It may be possible to collect the vehicle out of office hours. This must be requested at the time of booking. The charge for this service is EUR 30.00. This service is not available if the rental is booked online. We need the following information when you make your booking. Flight number Contact telephone number Credit card details If you do not collect the vehicle a “No Show” charge of EUR 30.00. will apply. Out of Office Hours – Return If the vehicle is returned outside of office hours the driver is liable for damage or theft until the car has been inspected by a member of Budget staff. Instructions to return your vehicle outside of office hours: Please deposit keys in the key box available at the rental location. Cars cannot be driven to any island. Cars can be dropped off in the countries mentioned above only at airport locations. Driving to any other countries or islands with any car rented from Romania is strictly forbidden. Neglecting this, the customer will be responsible for all damages of the rented vehicle. In case of loss of the vehicle the renter is also fully liable. |

| CROSS BORDER CHARGES | |||||||||||

You can take the vehicle out of Romania for a charge of EUR 60.00 per rental. This service is subject to confirmation; please contact our reservation centre for further details. The following rules are applicable to Cross Border Rentals: Only car groups A, B, C, D can be taken out of the country with a signed approval from Budget Romania to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Rep., France, Germany, Greece Mainland, Hungary, Italy Mainland, Luxembourg, Netherlands Mainland, Portugal Mainland, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia. 2.500 km included for rentals between 1 and 10 days. 4.000 km included for rentals between 11 and 30 days. Additional mileage will be charged at EUR 0.15 / km. Cars cannot be driven to any island. Driving to any other countries or islands with any car rented from Romania is strictly forbidden. Neglecting this, the customer will be responsible for all damages of the rented vehicle. In case of loss of the vehicle the renter is also fully liable. If you have a corporate or contracted agreement with us the charges may be different. Please check your contracted terms and conditions. |

Vehicle cleaning :Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. If you smoke in one of our vehicles you will be charged for additional cleaning costs.Excessive dirt inside the vehicle or stained upholstery: 120.00 € (VAT included). Airport Surcharge :An extra fee is charged for every rental in an airport: 30.00 € / rental (VAT included). This is already included in the confirmed price. In case of any incident or accident, theft or attempted theft with damages to the car, the Renter must obtain the necessary legal documents and present them to the counter. If he fails to do so, a charge of 300.00 € (VAT included) will be charged to the renter and all the accepted insurances will be voided. In case of loss of car documents an extra charge of 180.00 € (VAT included)/ item will apply. In case of loss of car key an extra charge of 180.00 € to 300.00 € (depending on car model) will apply. Traffic fine: An administration charge of 25.00 € (VAT included) will apply for traffic violation/ fines (e.g.: Parking / Speeding tickets) Registration plate: The lost rented vehicle's registration plate(s): 120.00 € (VAT included). Damage admisnitration fee: An administrative fee of 40.00 € (VAT included) will be applied in case of damage or theft of the car, even if no excess applies. If the customer needs the assistance of Budget staff due to key loss, damaged tires, broken car window or any other similar situations, a fee of 0.43 EUR€/km (VAT included) will be charged for the distance covered up to customer's location. Amended return fee:A fee of EUR 30.00 € (VAT included) is charged to the customer who returns the vehicle to a location other than that specified at check-out. While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Vehicle capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation, any deposit amounts paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.
Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

| Collecting and Returning Your Vehicle |
The driver must present proof of identity when collecting the vehicle. During Office Hours If you are delayed and arrive outside of office hours due to a delayed flight no additional charge will apply. This only applies if you enter your flight number when booking. If you are late we will guarantee your rental for 1 hour. After this time your reserved car may be released and rented to another customer. Out of Office Hours – Collection It may be possible to collect the vehicle out of office hours. This must be requested at the time of booking. The charge for this service is EUR 30.00. This service is not available if the rental is booked online. We need the following information when you make your booking. Flight number Contact telephone number Credit card details If you do not collect the vehicle a “No Show” charge of EUR 30.00. will apply. Out of Office Hours – Return If the vehicle is returned outside of office hours the driver is liable for damage or theft until the car has been inspected by a member of Budget staff. Instructions to return your vehicle outside of office hours: Please deposit keys in the key box available at the rental location. You can take the vehicle out of Romania for a charge of EUR 60.00 per rental. This service is subject to confirmation; please contact our reservation centre for further details. The following rules are applicable to Cross Border Rentals: Only car groups A, B, C, D can be taken out of the country with a signed approval from Budget Romania to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Rep., France, Germany, Greece Mainland, Hungary, Italy Mainland, Luxembourg, Netherlands Mainland, Portugal Mainland, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia. 2.500 km included for rentals between 1 and 10 days. 4.000 km included for rentals between 11 and 30 days. Additional mileage will be charged at EUR 0.15 / km. Cars cannot be driven to any island. Driving to any other countries or islands with any car rented from Romania is strictly forbidden. Neglecting this, the customer will be responsible for all damages of the rented vehicle. In case of loss of the vehicle the renter is also fully liable. Vehicle cleaning :Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. If you smoke in one of our vehicles you will be charged for additional cleaning costs.Excessive dirt inside the vehicle or stained upholstery: 120.00 € (VAT included). Airport Surcharge :An extra fee is charged for every rental in an airport: 30.00 € / rental (VAT included). This is already included in the confirmed price. In case of any incident or accident, theft or attempted theft with damages to the car, the Renter must obtain the necessary legal documents and present them to the counter. If he fails to do so, a charge of 300.00 € (VAT included) will be charged to the renter and all the accepted insurances will be voided. In case of loss of car documents an extra charge of 180.00 € (VAT included)/ item will apply. In case of loss of car key an extra charge of 180.00 € to 300.00 € (depending on car model) will apply. Traffic fine: An administration charge of 25.00 € (VAT included) will apply for traffic violation/ fines (e.g.: Parking / Speeding tickets) Registration plate: The lost rented vehicle's registration plate(s): 120.00 € (VAT included). Damage admisnitration fee: An administrative fee of 40.00 € (VAT included) will be applied in case of damage or theft of the car, even if no excess applies. If the customer needs the assistance of Budget staff due to key loss, damaged tires, broken car window or any other similar situations, a fee of 0.43 EUR€/km (VAT included) will be charged for the distance covered up to customer's location. Amended return fee:A fee of EUR 30.00 € (VAT included) is charged to the customer who returns the vehicle to a location other than that specified at check-out. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier's rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Vehicle capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation, any deposit amounts paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.
Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.
