Waiver and Protection Options
Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) cost 20.00 USD per day plus tax for all car groups. If LDW is purchased, the Credit Card hold is the Estimated rental charges plus 800.00 USD for groups: A, B, C, D, E, G, H, I, J, K, L, N, O, X; and 2,000.00 USD for groups: M and F. If declined the customer is responsible for the full value of the vehicle. If declined the customer is responsible for the full value of the vehicle. In addition, customers will be asked to sign a voucher of 3,000.00 USD for GROUPS A, B, C, D, E, G, H, I, J, K, L, N, O, X or 5,000.00 USD for groups F and M.
Partial Damage Waiver (PDW) not offered in Uruguay.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with deductible. Cost 19.00 USD per day plus tax for GROUP B; 22.00 USD per day plus tax for GROUPS D, E, H, F, M. Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation, any deposit amounts paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.
Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.
